Sentinels of the Tide
The area near Joggins Nova Scotia contain some of the most interesting geological features and fossils - all revealed and hidden by Fundy Tides, some of the highest around. We had first explored at low tide but as I painted this the water was rolling in at a fast clip. The tower in front is a man made accretion, a weathered old pillar.
