To Think That I Saw It
I was working on a plein air painting on this beach cliff in PEI Canada when this parade came by me. I quickly asked “Do you mind if I take a few photos for a future painting?” And one said “If you take them fast - we have no time to stop”. Echoes of Pisarro and thoughts of Mulberry st as well as the scenes from Anne of Green Gables all swirled around my studio while I painted later.
